Email us for any price inquiries. We have packages to choose from for any event or portrait shoot and they are customizable depending on your wants and your budget. Commercial photography is by custom quote.
On our first meeting, our team will let you know everything you need to know for the day of the event or shoot and any additional information. We are transparent about our pricing and can ensure you that it comes within reason. We will do our best to accommodate and help you decide the perfect package for you.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
We often hear back from people who initially came to us but were thrown off by our pricing because somebody else offered a lower price.
One of those people was our friend (still is!). Her mom decided to go with the photography and videography team that the venue was offering as a package for a fraction of what Expresso Minds was asking for. On the day of her event, the camera crew showed up with their cellphones as their cameras. She told us months later that she should have hired our team and that she regrets going with what her mom wanted--to be frugal on photo and video coverage. She never shared any of her photos or her birthday video, and we think that is definitely telling something.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We would ask you to directly contact the person you want to work with. If you only need one photographer, choose only one to contact. All our individual information, including our contact information, is located on our Home page. You can click on the little icons for easy access.
I only need one person. What should I do?
The only way to reserve your desired date is to be on stage 2 (see above FAQs). So if you want to secure the date, meet with us as soon as possible!
When should we book?
We can assure you that our number one priority is ensuring customer satisfaction. Our work that is posted on this website stands as our portfolio and proof to our claims that yes, your photos will turn out as expected, or even exceed your expectations.
Will the photos and the video turn out good?
We have initially agreed on a set time and place when contracts were signed but we would definitely accommodate your needs on your own expense if we are able to. Some instances where we can not would be if we have another shoot/event right after yours or if you are not willing to pay more than previously agreed.
Can you stay later?
Yes! When we say Toronto, we also mean GTA is included.
Do you cover the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)?
It's a pun.

Why is your team called
Expresso Minds?
We are currently looking for someone to source our frames and albums from. However, we can give you both digital and printed (matte or glossy finish) copies of all your finalized photos, at any size you would like if you wish for us to do so. Any printed copies will be additional, and the price will vary.
Do you do printing, albums and frames?
Like many photographers and videographers, it is not the gear that defines your work, it is your creative eye. Each of us use different equipment. We just use what is best available for us at the moment, and may even rent out some gear if our client's budget allows us to! Since there are four of us, we always have backup equipment so you don't have to worry about any of our gear ever failing.
What gear do you use?
We always start working on the photos and videos as soon as possible. We usually finish everything in 2-5 weeks, or sooner depending on how busy we are. Then, we would put everything on a USB and deliver it either by mail or in-person pick up.
How long after our event or session will I receive the photos and the video?
We travel outside of Toronto/GTA! On our meeting, we can discuss these conditions further. Generally, it means gas coverage, number of locations for a single event, hotel accommodations and so on.
